1. Introduction
   Welcome to Alora Weight Loss Clinic. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
2. Booking & Payments

• Consultations can be booked online for telehealth or in-person visits.
• Payments must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.
• Cancellation fees may apply for missed appointments. Refunds will not be provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. To receive a refund, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment.

4. Limitation of Liability

• Prior to any treatment, explicit consent will be obtained from the client. By proceeding with the appointment, the client acknowledges and agrees to the treatment being provided

• Alora Weight Loss Clinic is not responsible for any adverse effects resulting from treatments or lifestyle changes based on our services.

5. Modifications
   We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
